motivated, high-energy trainer
who excels in
group fitness and cardio-based training
, with the ability to support
strength training
as a secondary responsibility.
Position AvailableGroup Fitness & Cardio Coach (Strength Support Role)
Main Focus:
Group Training o Cardio o HIIT o Conditioning
Secondary Focus:
Strength Training o Gym Floor Coaching
This role is ideal for a trainer who thrives in front of groups, brings strong energy to every session, and can confidently coach safe, effective workouts.
Key Responsibilities (Primary Role)
Deliver
high-intensity group classes
(HIIT, Fat Burn, Cardio, Circuit, Bootcamp-style training)
Create and execute
cardio-focused programs
for fat loss, endurance, and conditioning
Lead and control
small to large groups
with confidence and authority
Maintain
class flow, timing, intensity, and safety standards
Modify exercises to suit
different fitness levels
within one session
Keep members motivated, engaged, and consistent
Additional Responsibilities (Secondary Role)
Support members with
basic to intermediate strength training
on the gym floor
Coach proper form for
compound lifts and machine-based exercises
Assist with strength-focused programs when needed
Help with general coaching and member support outside class hours
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Group Fitness Training
(MANDATORY)
Strong understanding of
Cardio Training, HIIT, and Conditioning
(MANDATORY)
Fundamental knowledge of
strength training principles
Ability to coach safely and reduce injury risk
Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification (Preferred)
Strong communication and motivational ability
High-energy, confident, and professional presence
Punctual, disciplined, and reliable work ethic
Added Advantages (Not Mandatory)
Experience with
fat-loss or body transformation programs
Basic understanding of
nutrition
CPR / First Aid certification
Ability to help
grow class attendance and member engagement
