About the Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Group Chief Marketing Officer to build a global brand across multiple digital trading platforms spanning cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, equities, and contracts for difference (CFDs).
This is a high-impact executive role requiring proven expertise in regulated trading or high-stakes fintech environments (crypto, FX/CFD, equities, or iGaming/sports-betting) with a deep performance marketing track record.
The Challenge
Drive verified user acquisitions, KYC completions, first-time deposits, trading volumes, and global brand dominance across Retail, High Net Worth Individual (HNWI), and Institutional segments through B2B, B2B2C, and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Brand Building
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and strengthen the company's global brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and visibility across international markets through campaigns, partnerships, and brand guidelines.
Marketing Team Setup and Leadership
Establish, recruit, and lead a dedicated marketing team tailored to Retail, HNWI, and Institutional segments. Define team structure, hire top talent, set performance metrics, and build a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
