Group Brand & Growth Lead
to oversee marketing, brand strategy, and growth initiatives across its manufacturing businesses and new ventures. The role involves designing and implementing growth frameworks and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, shaping brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity, and leading cross-functional marketing campaigns and B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will translate strategies into measurable KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize results while leading PR and communications efforts for the group. Acting as a strategic growth partner to leadership teams, agencies, and venture heads, the Group Brand & Growth Lead will play a key role in driving cohesive brand alignment and sustainable business growth across all subsidiaries.
