Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our esteemed team as Ground Staff in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. As a vital part of our operations, Ground Staff play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our services. This position requires individuals who are customer-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at handling various tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ground Staff are responsible for facilitating the travel experience of our clients, from check-in to baggage handling and everything in between.

Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding procedures, and baggage handling. Coordinate with airlines, transportation providers, and other service partners to ensure smooth ground operations. Manage passenger flow and provide clear communication regarding schedules, delays, or changes. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of passenger information and operational activities. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements at all times. Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or travel-related fields are a plus. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or check-in systems is advantageous.
