Exceptional Service Standards: A keen eye for detail, anticipation of needs, and a commitment to excellence in every task.
Superb Communication: Fluent English with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Mobility & Flexibility: These roles involve frequent international travel. A valid British passport is highly preferred due to visa and travel logistics.

A passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable individual to provide the highest standard of care for the family's horses.
Key Responsibilities:

• Equine Care: All aspects of daily horse care, including mucking out, feeding, grooming, tacking up, and turning out.
• Health & Wellbeing: Monitoring horse health, administering basic first aid, and liaising with vets and farriers.
• Tack & Equipment: Maintaining all tack, rugs, and equipment to a pristine condition.
• Stable Management: Keeping the stables, yards, and all equestrian facilities clean, safe, and organised.
• Exercise & Training: Exercising horses as directed by the Trainer.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a groom in a professional competition yard or private estate.
• BHS qualifications or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, and has a genuine love and understanding of horses.
