Job Description
As a Grocery Store Manager at our new supermarket, you will play a key role in building and leading a successful store. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping environment, offering an attractive product range, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities include leading and motivating your team, planning staffing needs, and ensuring efficient daily operations. You will manage inventory and purchasing, follow up on sales performance, and make sure the store is both profitable and well-organized.
We are looking for someone with a passion for grocery retail, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach. With your commitment, structure, and customer focus, you will be a vital part of our growth and success.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
