Grocery Sales Attendant

Job Description

Assist customers in finding specific items and making product recommendations.
Ensure the grocery department is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor and replenish shelves, displays, and product sections.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
Bag groceries and assist customers with packing items as needed.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including the cleaning of spills and debris.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Collaborate with the retail team to restock shelves and assist with inventory tasks.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is beneficial.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide product recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic math and computer skills for transactions.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
