Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS). Resolve client issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure smooth operation of lighting, HVAC, and energy control systems. Work closely with project and technical teams to resolve technical faults. Provide proper PPM services as per the contract and shall coordinate with Service manager/accounts for signed report submission/billing. Maintain accurate service logs and reports. Experience in Schneider GRMS system.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-3 years experience in GRMS service. UAE Driving License. Knowledge of KNX, Lutron, VDA, Interel or other GRMS systems will be added advantage. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and manage service requests efficiently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
