Greet customers as they enter the showroom in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Direct visitors to appropriate departments or team members based on their needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Answer basic inquiries about products, services, or promotions.
Notify sales staff of guest arrivals and help coordinate customer flow.
Offer refreshments to visitors where applicable.
Maintain a visitor log or check-in system as required.
Assist with administrative tasks such as distributing brochures, maintaining promotional displays, or scheduling appointments.
Uphold showroom appearance standards and ensure marketing materials are stocked.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar front-facing role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Neat and professional appearance.
Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using a reception system or CRM.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
