Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional
Greeter
to welcome customers and enhance their showroom experience. You will assist visitors, direct them to the right department, and provide basic information about Omoda & Jaecoo vehicles and services.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally. Direct visitors to sales representatives or relevant departments. Provide basic information about vehicles, offers, and services. Maintain a welcoming and organized showroom environment. Support showroom events and customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (automotive preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
