Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Specialist with specialized expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This Abu Dhabi-based role requires a professional who combines hands-on technical capabilities with strategic governance oversight and architect-level thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

• Design, implement, and manage CyberArk PAM infrastructure with advanced system manipulation capabilities
• Serve as CyberArk super user with deep technical knowledge of the platform
• Understand and contribute to CyberArk product roadmaps and organizational PAM strategy
• Provide architect-level perspective on solution design and implementation

Governance & Compliance

• Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive PAM policies and procedures
• Support audit functions for internal and external compliance requirements
• Work with enterprise governance tools including Qualys, Guardium, and SailPoint
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation for privileged access management
• Create and maintain documentation for audit trails and compliance reporting

Strategic Oversight

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align PAM solutions with business objectives
• Provide expert guidance on privileged access security best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PAM processes and governance

Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise

• CyberArk Mastery: Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM suite
• System Architecture: Proven ability to architect and implement enterprise-scale PAM solutions
• Governance Tools: Demonstrated experience with Qualys, Guardium, SailPoint, or similar platforms
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of security protocols, networking, and system administration

Professional Experience

• Industry Experience: Cross-industry background preferred (financial services, healthcare, government, enterprise)
• Audit Functional: Proven track record supporting audit processes and regulatory compliance
• Policy Development: Experience in creating and implementing security policies and procedures
• Leadership: Ability to work independently and guide technical teams

Preferred Certifications

• CyberArk certifications (CDE, CCA, or equivalent)
• Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM)
• Governance and compliance certifications

Position Details

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable based on performance)
