Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals such as property brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, and digital campaigns.
Develop engaging social media content, advertisements, and property launch creatives.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create impactful presentations and pitch decks.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Work on real estate project branding, including logos, project identities, and visual themes.
Edit and enhance images, property renders, and walkthrough visuals.
Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure high-quality output of marketing materials.
Stay updated with design trends in real estate and implement innovative ideas.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in
real estate, construction, or property marketing
.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
