Job Description
We are looking for a creative Graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of real estate development products, including websites, branding, digital banners, flyers, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity, print ads etc. and you will cooperate and coordinate with sales department head and third-party marketing agency partners.
Responsibilities
Cultivate a solid body of work
Take the design "brief" to record requirements and market needs
Schedule project implementation
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Amend final designs & comments and gain full approval
Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, and executives.
Requirements
Immediate start
Proven graphic designing experience, prefer in the Real Estate Field-
Ability to also work as a marketing coordinator with all 3rd party agencies
Proficient in posting social media
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
A strong eye for visual composition.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive ideas.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
