The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of visual storytelling to help us create impactful marketing materials that capture the essence of our properties and brand. Responsibilities: - Design and produce high-quality graphics for property listings, brochures, advertisements, and online campaigns. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and project goals. - Develop creative concepts and layouts for presentations, social media, and promotional materials. - Ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs across various media platforms. - Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and real estate marketing strategies to optimize visual content.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in the real estate or property sector. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in graphic design. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong visual sense. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. - Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
