JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Graphics Designer - Digital Section/Department: Marketing Reporting to: Marketing Director Purpose and Scope of the Job Under indirect supervision, develop and maintain a marketing program. A Digital Designer will be an important part of the design and creative team, help build a beautiful look and feel for digital communications. Develop seamless and strategic brand guidelines to be used companywide with a focus on improving customer experience. Focus on creativity, with a passion for consistent and cohesive designs. Digital Designer will be a core part of the design and creative teams, focusing on customer experience and brand communications. You will have the opportunity to be an essential part of the research, planning, execution, and analysis processes and work across several different departments to create fun, creative campaigns that reflect our brand\xe2\x80\x99s voice and personality.
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:
  • Must be a senior graphic designer with a good background in digital designing for screens and web design as well as social media.
  • Generating high-quality graphics and computer animations.
  • Creating, managing, and producing digital design solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography.
  • Be a part of all phases of the design process from strategy, customer experience research, conception & ideation, prototyping, execution, and analysis.
  • Build an unforgettable brand experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, landing pages, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Have the opportunity to own the creative development process of all digital materials. Use your knowledge of typography, color theory, and grid systems.
  • Ensure that our branding is consistent and in line with Dar Al Shifa Hospital voice, tone and personality.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand the company\xe2\x80\x99s messaging and create interactive content consistent with the company\xe2\x80\x99s tone
  • Promotes community awareness of marketing programs pertaining to The Dar Al- Shifa\'s activities.
  • Ensures safety standards (occupational and patient safety) are complied.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Direct Reporting Authority.
  • Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed
  • Provides or promotes people centered care
  • Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to patients and families with special needs

Qualifications, Competences and Skills: Education: A Bachelor\'s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field or a web design. Licensure: Not Applicable. Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages. Computer Proficiency: Excellent computer skills. Adobe, Mac OS system. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Digital Design or a similar role. Other Preference: Local candidates with valid and transferable visa in Kuwait. Performance Competencies:
  • Knowledge of marketing and media sources. Strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth digital design capabilities, ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts.
  • Outstanding communication skills that allow you to work with cross-functional teams, hold brainstorming sessions, and educate different departments on the impact that Digital Design can bring.
  • Problem-solving skills,
  • A strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
  • Ability to plan and present concepts, evaluate programs lead internal teams to the correct solution.
  • Ability to use independent judgment and to gather, manage and impart information to the media and various other internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate media activities and special events.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate social media plan and daily posting activities.
  • Ability to create content in both Arabic and English that will be posted on social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements.
  • Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
  • A strong work ethic and personal accountability
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
