Job Description

Sky High Events is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to help elevate our visual identity and digital footprint.

This full-time role is a hybrid of creativity and marketing -- approximately 60% design and 40% social media management.

You'll craft premium event visuals and proposals while shaping the company's voice across digital platforms to attract leading corporate clients in the UAE.

Design & Branding (60%)

Develop compelling visual concepts for corporate events, activations, and team-building experiences. Design branded proposals, pitch decks, stage backdrops, decor mockups, and event layouts. Refresh and maintain marketing materials -- brochures, case studies, newsletters, and digital ads. Ensure consistent, premium brand identity across all visual outputs. Collaborate closely with the operations team to visualize event spaces and support pre-production planning.
Social Media & Marketing (40%)

Create and manage a monthly content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for a B2B audience. Design and publish engaging posts, short videos, and event highlights that reflect Sky High's corporate creativity. Monitor performance analytics to drive engagement, inquiries, and follower growth. Support organic and paid campaigns aligned with seasonal event priorities. Collaborate with management to ensure consistent tone and brand positioning across all channels.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in events, marketing, or experiential branding). A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth. Understanding of corporate/B2B audiences and professional communication tone. Excellent organization and multitasking skills with a proactive, ownership mindset.
Bonus Skills

Familiarity with 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Blender, etc.). Knowledge of video editing or animation tools (After Effects, CapCut, Canva Pro). Experience with event photography or on-site content capture.

Compensation & Growth

Salary: Starting AED 6,000 (depending on experience & portfolio). Performance Bonus: Based on lead generation impact and proposal conversion success.
