Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative Graphics Design and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness, branding, and storytelling, with the skills to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand positioning strategies that reflect the unique identity of our aroma oils and scent diffuser machines.
Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store) to drive product awareness and conversions.
Schedule and oversee daily posts, respond to comments/messages, and grow community engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and report on campaign performance.
Support retail partners with promotional materials and branding guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fragrance, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Creative thinking with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
Passion for fragrance, aromatherapy, and consumer wellness trends.
