Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic and Web Designer to join our excellent team. Capable of meeting deadlines and keeping their team focused during stressful situations. Responsibilities:
- Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
- Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
- Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.
- Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.
- Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
- Delegating tasks and developing budgets and work schedules.
- Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer & Web Designer
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market
- In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with OOP design principles
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
- Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
- Fixing bugs and performance problems
- Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions
- Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking, specifically Retrofit, axios, Alamofire, etc.
- Familiarity with the JSON format
- Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns\xe2\x80\x94MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture\xe2\x80\x94and the ability to choose the best solution for the app
- Familiarity with Git
- Familiarity with push notifications
- Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences
- Proficiency in Android/Python/C/C++/Scala/Flutter/React Native/Kotlin/Java/Swift/Angular/JavaScript/C#, whichever language you use in the app
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies

- Experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Web Designer and Mobile App Developer: 2 years (Preferred)
