Develop illustrations and designs using design software or hand-drawn techniques.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce the final design.
Test graphics across various media to ensure effectiveness and appeal.
Amend designs based on feedback, ensuring the final product meets expectations.
Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, aligned with the brand, and meet the company's standards.
Create guidelines for the use of logos and other branding materials.
Assist in design decisions, including font and color choices, for all company content.
Create creative and compelling content in various formats (images and videos) that meet the business needs and align with marketing goals.
Edit and process photos and videos using the necessary tools and software.
Utilize modern and traditional technical equipment (e.g., cameras, lenses) effectively.
Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, and backgrounds to create optimal settings for photoshoots.
Direct participants and coordinate the setup for shoots.
Maintain an archive of work and manage the photo/video database.
Keep up to date with best practices and procedures in photography to maintain high standards.
Physical Working Conditions:
Office-based with frequent use of digital tools, photography equipment, and creative software.
Standard office hours, with flexibility required during shoots and project deadlines.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
A degree in Film, Communications, Broadcasting, Arts, Design, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in photography and graphic design.
At least 2 years of experience in the UAE, working in relevant industries.
Skills:
A strong portfolio showcasing images and videos relevant to the industry.
Proficient with both traditional and modern photography equipment.
Solid knowledge of design and photography software (e.g., Photoshop, Capture One, video editing software).
Expertise in editing videos for social media content and online use.
Strong understanding of photographic and videographic techniques and best practices.
Knowledge of production processes for online publishing and post-production techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and creative direction.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite or equivalent software.
Well-organized and able to work well under pressure.
Proactive, creative, and able to think outside the box.
Independent with a responsible work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
