Job Description
We are looking for a creative and versatile
Graphic Designer cum Marketing Specialist
to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will design eye-catching graphics, create engaging videos, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our property listings and attract potential buyers and investors.Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics for property listings, brochures, social media, and digital ads. Create engaging video content for property showcases, social media, and promotional campaigns. Manage and develop content for social media channels to increase audience engagement. Support marketing campaigns for property launches and sales events. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate creative promotional ideas.
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design, video creation, and digital marketing, preferably in real estate. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
