Tasks and Responsibilities:





Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:


1. Social Media Posts




Deliverables:

Minimum of

12 posts per month

, including

static and carousel posts

for our products.

Requirements:

+ Each post should feature unique, creative messaging. + Designs must align with our branding guidelines.

2. Reels / Short-Form Videos




Deliverables:

Minimum of

8 reels per month

.

Requirements:

+ It can be a mix of footage and graphics, or fully graphic-based. + Must be

new, creative, and Catchy

.

3. Flyers




Deliverables:

Design flyers for products on an

as-needed basis

.

Requirements:

+ Designs should be aligned with branding guidelines.

4. Giveaway Designs




Deliverables:

Designs for giveaways, including mockups or special graphics.

Requirements:

+ Designs should be visually appealing and aligned with the brand. + Provided on an

as-needed basis

.

5. General Policy




All designs can be revised

up to a maximum of 3 times

. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Content & Delivery Timeline




All designs and content must be delivered

in alignment with the content calendar

, which will be shared by the beginning

of each month

. Timely delivery is required to ensure proper scheduling and campaign execution. All content and messaging will be aligned with the Social Media Specialist.
