We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer / Copywriter

to join our marketing and branding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs while crafting engaging and persuasive written content across digital and print platforms. You'll play a central role in shaping our brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact in all communications.

Key Responsibilities:



Graphic Design:



Design visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, print materials, advertisements, and branding. Develop creative concepts and execute layouts for digital and traditional media. Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and messaging.

Copywriting:



Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for websites, product descriptions, social media, ads, brochures, and more. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project goals and align messaging. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone consistency.

Videography & Photography:



Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, products, events, and social media. Create compelling visual stories aligned with the brand's identity. Organize and manage media assets for easy access and use. Stay updated with visual trends, tools, and techniques.

Social Media Ads Management:



Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Create eye-catching ad creatives and write copy tailored to target audiences. Perform A/B testing on creatives and targeting.

Google Ads Management:



Set up and manage search, display, and YouTube ad campaigns. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategies. Optimize campaigns for conversions, ensuring budget efficiency and ROI. Track performance via Google Ads and Analytics and provide actionable insights.

Collaboration:



Work with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to brainstorm ideas and deliver high-quality content on deadline. Contribute to creative strategy, campaign planning, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and copywriting (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a plus. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Strong visual storytelling ability and a good eye for layout and typography. Familiarity with social media content creation, digital marketing, and SEO best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, or animation. Knowledge of branding and marketing strategy. Multilingual writing ability is a plus (especially Arabic or English depending on the market). Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment.
