Job Description
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamite team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating and effective marketing materials that will help drive brand awareness, engage potential clients, and support our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Create the appealing brochures, flyers, and postcards of properties for sale or rent.
- Design digital marketing materials such as online ads, banners, and email templates for property listings and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop and update branding elements, such as logos and colour schemes, as needed.
- Collaborate with web developers to design and optimize graphics for the company\'s website, ensuring a user-friendly
- Capture high-quality property photos, ensuring proper lighting and composition.
- Edit and retouch property photos to enhance their visual appeal and accuracy.
- Design graphics and visuals for social media platforms to engage the audience and promote property listings.
- Design email templates for property newsletters, announcements, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, real estate agents, and other to develop creative marketing strategies.
- Incorporate feedback and suggestions to refine design concepts.

- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a real estate or similar industry.
