Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinating with various divisions in the company for their promotions and advertisements and all other marketing activities. Monitors the latest trend for social media and deliberating / analysing the company\xe2\x80\x99s presence on the platform Assist in creating and run social media campaigns and promote events. A website coordinator in charge of publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing banners, streamlining navigation and increasing online presence to potential customers (in Arabic & English). Promoting product & services according to company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and regulation on social media and networking. Design, coordination and monitoring of all digital communications, including email marketing both in English and Arabic. Perform analytics and produce reports to aid decision making and enhance communications Study competition, conduct benchmark analysis, an identify market trends. To assist in developing marketing plans, including market analysis, marketing strategies, planning and budgeting. Assist in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, email direct marketing, social networking, promotions and special events \xe2\x80\x93 recommending improvement strategies where needed. Assist to delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights, based on a clear understanding of business objectives Assist in implementing the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media efforts Being involved with customers through the online forum community To assist in developing various advertising and collateral material Assist in updating company social networking sites like face book, twitter, G+, website and mobile app, etc Develop strategies and leveraging social media followers on how to use networking sites to leverage more followers and increase traffic. Day to day management of content in social platforms. Skills/Qualifications Degree in Marketing, management, communications, computer science Expertise in Photoshop and other design software. Fluent English and Arabic writing and communicating skills. Knowledge in HTML and other web design skills are preferred. Prior experience in travel agency / airlines Competencies Ability and desire to stay on the cutting edge of industry best practice, including frequent review of relevant blogs, websites, social media though social media streams etc. Ability to be creative and engage in written (English and Arabic) communication, especially within the restrictions of social media platforms, while strictly adhering to project guidelines for tone and voice Must have knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to websites/Mobile applications.
