Mon Maison International Real Estate is seeking a

creative and experienced Graphic Designer

who can handle both

design and video production

for real estate marketing. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating visuals that attract investors and buyers -- from property ads and brochures to social media videos and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

Design property brochures, social media posts, and digital advertisements. Shoot and edit videos for property listings, social media reels, and promotional campaigns. Plan and direct photo/video shoots for projects, agents, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative ad concepts. Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Manage and organize creative assets and templates.

Requirements

Proven experience in

real estate marketing or property-related design

(mandatory). Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

. Strong photo and video editing skills. Ability to shoot property videos (camera/drone experience preferred). Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management. Based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa or work eligibility.
