About the Role

You'll play a key role in shaping our digital presence by creating engaging videos and clean, professional graphics for social media and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, experimenting with content, and seeing their work drive real engagement and leads.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut and DaVinci Resolve Design eye-catching static posts, brochures, and marketing creatives using Canva Shoot on-site photos and videos for property listings, agents, and company events Manage, schedule, and optimize content using Meta Business Suite Support social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements based on trends Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate content creation or marketing (preferred) Strong working knowledge of Canva (Graphic Design) Hands-on experience with CapCut and DaVinci Resolve (Video Editing) Understanding of social media algorithms and content best practices Experience shooting and editing real estate videos Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
