Job Overview

We are hiring a creative and motivated

Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator

who can produce high-quality real estate content and manage social media platforms. The ideal candidate has strong skills in video editing, static content creation, and understands real estate marketing trends. This role requires someone who can work quickly, think creatively, and produce engaging content that drives views, leads, and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Create eye-catching static posts, infographics, and marketing materials. Shoot on-site videos and photos for property listings, agent profiles, and events. Manage, schedule, and optimize content using

Meta Business Suite

. Develop social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. Monitor analytics, performance trends, and competitor content to improve results. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
Candidates with the following skills and experience will stand out:

At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry

(preferred). Proficiency in

CapCut, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop

or similar editing/design tools. Understanding of social media algorithms and content best practices. Experience shooting and editing real estate videos. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
