About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, campaigns, and digital advertisements. Develop visually engaging layouts consistent with brand guidelines. Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines. Stay up to date with design trends and digital marketing best practices.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished, professional video content for marketing and social media. Add transitions, visual effects, motion graphics, and animations as needed. Perform color grading, audio balancing, and overall quality enhancement. Collaborate with videography and marketing teams to interpret briefs and bring concepts to life. Organize and manage video assets efficiently while maintaining version control.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong sense of timing, pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics. Understanding of motion graphics, layout, typography, and color theory. Experience in real estate, marketing agencies, or branded content is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.

Portfolio is mandatory
