We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, skilled in camera operations for photo and video content, and capable of producing high-performing ad creatives. Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, brochures, and marketing materials. Create compelling and conversion-focused ad creatives for paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.). Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots, including camera operation and lighting. Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with branding and campaign objectives. Stay current with design trends, platform formats, and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Requirements

:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.). Skilled in camera handling for photography and videography. Experience producing and editing both static and motion creatives. Strong portfolio including performance-driven ad creatives and branding work. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.

Basic knowledge of animation or 3D tools is a plus.
