We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of professional experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and graphic design assets that showcase our property listings and enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging video content, including property tours, neighborhood features, client testimonials, and social media ads. Design and create compelling graphic assets for digital and print marketing, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and email campaigns. Utilize motion graphics and animation to create dynamic visual elements for video projects. Color correct and grade video footage to ensure a polished, professional, and consistent look. Manage, organize, and maintain a library of digital assets, including video footage, graphics, and photography. Collaborate with the marketing and agent teams to develop creative concepts that meet strategic objectives. Stay current with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, and real estate marketing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1-2 years of professional or intensive freelance experience in video editing and graphic design. Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro (Required) Adobe After Effects (Required) Adobe Illustrator (Required) Capcut Core Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong creative and visual storytelling skills. Ability to learn new software and techniques quickly (Fast Learner). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Experience with CapCut for social media content creation. Experience with Canva for rapid graphic design tasks. Knowledge of real estate or architectural photography. A portfolio demonstrating experience in real estate or related fields is highly desirable.
