We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Multimedia Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content for both digital and print media. This role combines strong graphic design skills with video editing expertise to bring brand stories to life across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design Original Concepts

: Develop visual concepts using typography, imagery, and layout principles that align with brand messaging.

Create Digital & Print Assets

: Design graphics for social media, websites, brochures, posters, and more--maintaining brand consistency.

Edit and Produce Videos

: Edit raw footage, apply effects, transitions, and audio to deliver polished, professional-grade videos.

Short-Form Video Creation

: Produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and reach.

Tool Proficiency

: Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to create high-quality assets.

Client & Team Collaboration

: Work with clients, art directors, and marketing teams to align creative output with project objectives.

Platform Adaptation

: Optimize visuals and videos for various digital and print formats.

Maintain Brand Standards

: Ensure all visual content adheres to established style guides and messaging.

Stay Current

: Keep up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and editing techniques.

Asset Management

: Organize and maintain project files, media assets, and templates for efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with Canva for quick, template-driven designs. Portfolio showcasing graphic and video content across multiple media formats. Knowledge of social media trends and video engagement strategies. Detail-oriented, creative, and highly collaborative.

Nice to Have

Experience with motion graphics or animation. Basic knowledge of photography or scriptwriting. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
