You will be instrumental in bringing our brand to life across all digital and print platforms, from eye-catching social media graphics and website visuals to compelling video content.
You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of assets that engage our audience and effectively communicate our brand message. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong portfolio that showcases both their design aesthetic and video editing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
Design and produce a variety of digital and print assets, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all creative materials, ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines.
Create compelling infographics, illustrations, and other visuals to simplify complex information and enhance user engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns and new initiatives.
Video Production & Editing:
Edit and produce high-quality video content for a range of platforms, including social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories), YouTube, and our website.
Manage the full video production lifecycle from pre-production (storyboarding, script collaboration) to post-production (editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound design).
Incorporate motion graphics, animated text, and other visual effects to enhance videos and make them more dynamic.
Source and select appropriate music, sound effects, and voice-overs to complement video content.
Create short-form and long-form video content that aligns with our brand's voice and marketing goals.
General:
Manage and organize digital assets, including photos, videos, and design files.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, video editing techniques, and social media trends.
Provide creative input and feedback during team meetings and project discussions.
Work efficiently on multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work in both disciplines.
Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Graphic Design:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Video Editing:
Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent video editing skills with a keen eye for detail, timing, and storytelling.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and their unique content requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, video length).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking constructive feedback gracefully.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions clearly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
