Refine Development Management is seeking a highly talented and creative Multimedia Creative Designer to join our team. As a Multimedia Creative Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our projects, from branding and marketing materials to digital content and videos. You will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into visually stunning and compelling experiences that engage and captivate our target audiences. RESPONSIBILITIES: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphic designs for a wide range of materials, including brochures, flyers, factsheet and digital assets.Develop and maintain brand consistency and visual guidelines across all marketing collateral. Digital Design: Design and produce engaging digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Collaborate with the marketing team to create multimedia content that effectively conveys our brand message. Videography: Conceptualize and produce video content, including promotional videos, property showcases, and testimonials. Edit and enhance video footage, add visual effects, and integrate music and sound to create captivating videos. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
Proven experience in graphic design, digital media, and videography.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
Excellent creativity and an eye for detail with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
