We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience in producing engaging short-form video content (especially 30-second reels). The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a solid understanding of the Training & Education industry

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, and reels

- Using captions, text overlays, trending sounds, voiceovers, and quick cuts to keep attention

- Collaborate with the content team for social media campaign

- Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts

- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets

- Create motion graphics and simple animations

- Optimize videos and graphics for various digital platforms

Required skills and qualifications

- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

- Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software

- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- A positive and collaborative attitude, paired with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor, or in similar roles will be preferable. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a variety of styles can be an added advantage.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
