Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience in creating digital and print materials. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and web development teams to produce visually appealing and effective designs that engage and communicate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, websites, social media, logos, presentations, and more.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and help to maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project goals, target audience, and overall design vision.

Feedback & Revisions:

Incorporate feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders to refine designs and make necessary revisions.

Print & Digital Design:

Create high-quality designs for both digital and print projects, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and print collateral

File Management:

Organize design files, assets, and materials for easy access and future use.

Research & Trends:

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the work is fresh, innovative, and visually engaging.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design work.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience in designing for both web and print mediums. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (for web design). Familiarity with design tools

Creativity:

Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to think outside the box.

Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in design and execution.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with team members.
