Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling and engaging graphic designs and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute high-quality visual content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, proficient technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through visuals. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, infographics, and brochures.
- Develop video content from concept to completion, including storyboarding, scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Create animated graphics, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Ensure that all designs and videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within designated timelines.
- Maintain a library of visual assets, including graphics, images, videos, and templates.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and video content creator.
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and video content projects.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with video production equipment, cameras, and lighting techniques.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools, such as After Effects or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Experience in creating video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
