Position Title
Graphic Designer
POSITION OBJECTIVE
This job holder will be responsible for translating and transferring of ideas / concepts / designs actual products and packaging for the category. Developing new product and packaging ideas for New Launches. Developing distinctive logos ,designs and manuals for products and for both brands and Private labels.
Key Responsibilities

Creative Solutions
\xc2\xb7 Understand the creative and business needs
\xc2\xb7 Apply advanced and diversified concepts to create the graphic representations on system with combination of different color pallets
\xc2\xb7 Create designs and concepts for various packaging designs relevant to category
\xc2\xb7 Innovate ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements coming from the buying team
\xc2\xb7 Determine suitable packaging ideas for specific product to enhance the product and get newness and refershing element in range
\xc2\xb7 Develop graphics and layouts for thematic packaging designs
\xc2\xb7 Create graphic artworks such as original prints and patterns.
\xc2\xb7 Development and approvals of artwork will be sole responsibility in coordination with buying and compliance team and as per business requirement with respective stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Communicate to vendors regarding timelines for the packaging.
\xc2\xb7 Communicate with suppliers and internal teams for creating artworks and approval.
\xc2\xb7 Come-up with new ideas with mood-board and trends as per global trends, market research.
\xc2\xb7 Make sure that packaging requirements are completed within timeline to meet on-time shipment.

\xc2\xb7 Research and keep abreast of the latest designs, market trends and needs of the customers.
\xc2\xb7 Monthly Market Survey of category and competition
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and assist with the buying team and other cross functional teams.
\xc2\xb7 Supplier management
\xc2\xb7 Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools and technologies in Graphic Design
\xc2\xb7 Time management to meet deadlines.
DISPLAY
QUALIFICATION
Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training
Graduate Degree in in Fine Arts (Visual Arts) essential or Design
Advanced
Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training
Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design from any Accredited Institute
Certification in Adobe Photoshop preferable
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience
2 years of experience in Graphic Arts and Design
