The Role

• Generating fresh concepts \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the Marketing Manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the creative vision for Printing Materials, Online & Advertising campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce sketches, storyboards rough to visualize ideas and determine how best to represent a concept visually. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works cross- functionally with Marketing and other internal teams to translate their messaging concepts into graphics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing graphic content, illustrations, and info graphics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, organize and implement new concepts for social media platforms and websites to boost online presence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design pictures, stop motions, animations and collaterals for online and offline activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects and keeping up to date with industry developments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery within deadlines.

Requirements
Skills needed: \xe2\x80\xa2 Illustration, Photo manipulation knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After-effects & Premier Pro-photo shooting and video filming are considered as assets \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong eye for visual composition, \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product advertisements, and multimedia design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicant must have at least 3 years of graphic designing exposure and must be currently available in UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in graphic arts, design, photography or any related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. \xe2\x80\xa2 Real estate experience will be an added advantage Job Types: \xe2\x80\xa2 Full-time, Permanent \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience: Graphic designer: 3 years (Required)
