We are seeking a talented and experienced

graphic designer

with a strong background in the

manufacturing and packaging industry

to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand and support our product and packaging lines across various platforms. You will work closely with product development, marketing, and production teams to bring innovative design solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop packaging concepts that are both visually appealing and production-ready Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering) to translate ideas into functional design solutions Create visual assets for packaging, print collateral, signage, trade shows, digital media, and in-store displays Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints Prepare final artwork for production including dielines, print specifications, and vendor-ready files Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting tight deadlines Stay current with industry trends, competitor packaging, and emerging design technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in the manufacturing or packaging sector Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, print work, and branding projects Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience working with print vendors and knowledge of pre-press and print production processes Excellent understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and branding Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D rendering or mockup software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Keyshot, or Adobe Dimension) Familiarity with packaging regulations, labeling requirements, and compliance standards Ability to visualize and prototype structural packaging concepts

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
