We're looking for a

technically skilled Graphic Designer

who understands

print specifications, color management, and file setup

-- not a creative role, but a production-focused one ensuring all client artworks are technically perfect before printing.

Role Overview

The

Technical Graphic Designer

will be responsible for

checking, resizing, adjusting, and preparing artwork files

to meet print and production requirements.
You'll ensure all artwork received from clients is accurate, print-ready, and follows material and machine specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Review client-provided files and ensure they meet

printing specifications

(size, resolution, bleed, margins, color mode, etc.). Resize, adjust, and reformat artworks as per production requirements. Prepare and export

print-ready files

for large format, digital, UV, and screen printing. Coordinate with the

production team

to confirm final output specifications. Identify and fix technical issues in artwork (fonts, linked images, layers, etc.). Maintain proper file naming, organization, and version control. Ensure color consistency and high-quality output across materials.
Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a printing or advertising company. Strong skills in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

. Good understanding of

print production, file formats, color profiles (CMYK/RGB), bleed, and resolution standards

. Attention to detail and ability to detect file issues quickly. Fast, accurate, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge of

large-format printing, UV printing, or laser marking

is an advantage.
