We are seeking a talented and passionate Sports Graphic Designer to join our client\'s creative team. The Sports Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing compelling visual assets, including digital graphics, branding materials, promotional materials, and multimedia content, to enhance the presence and visibility of our clients in the sports world.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually stunning graphics, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, digital ads, and event signage, that reflect the unique identity and objectives of our clients.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into high-quality, on-brand visual solutions that resonate with target audiences and convey key messages effectively.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of branding strategies for clients, including logo design, brand identity systems, and brand style guides, to establish and maintain a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design assets, while also exploring innovative ways to evolve and enhance brand visuals over time.
• Utilize industry-standard animation software and techniques to bring static designs to life and create immersive visual experiences that captivate and inspire audiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation meetings to generate fresh ideas, explore new design concepts, and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.

Requirements:

Educational Background: A Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Experience in sports-related graphic design would be highly advantageous.

Proficiency in Design Software: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), experience in using UI/UX design tools like Figma and Adobe XD, and Motion Graphics/video editing experience .

EDM Software Skills: Experience in creating electronic direct mail (EDM) designs. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and understanding of best practices in email design.

Sports Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sports branding and marketing, understanding of sports-related aesthetics and trends.

Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and brand-aligned designs.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for details in design, typography, and layout, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our team and stakeholders. Must be comfortable liaising with global team on differing time-zones, reporting and actively participating in management meetings.
