Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to accept feedback and constructive criticism positively.
Basic knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print is a plus.
