We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. An ideal candidate who can contribute to our fast paced, hardworking team with efficient and innovative design solutions and brand architecture with high visual impact. The candidate should be able to generate fresh ideas on their own as well as through collaboration with others, in order to enhance creative direction.

Responsibilities:

Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. Create high visual impact designs. Develop and design layouts, inclusive of copy and images for sales collateral (PDF and PPT), digital ads, onsite promotional materials (banners, printed collateral), etc. Create layouts, edit videos and graphics for Company Website and other Social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn Implement UI elements in Html/CSS and/or via WordPress for updates to website Coordinate with the marketing and UX departments to confirm marketing objectives, creative direction, and brand consistency Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Use Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field. Adobe Creative Cloud: 2 years (Preferred) Wordpress: 2 years (Preferred) Graphic Design: 2 years (Preferred) Video Editing is a plus Naturally creative and passionate about the role with extensive experience in animation work Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, After effects) A strong portfolio of prior brand and marketing projects Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines A keen eye for detail and highly creative The ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience. Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time. Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment. Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.
