We are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our success. : As a Graphic Designer at DBA, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of design projects, from branding and print materials to digital marketing assets. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure our clients\' visions are realized through compelling design. Responsibilities: Create visually stunning and effective designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, logos, social media graphics, and more. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines. Generate creative concepts and present design ideas to clients for feedback and approval. Develop and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery. Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design software/tools to stay at the forefront of design innovation. Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure print materials meet quality standards. Provide input and creative direction in brainstorming sessions and team meetings. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team. Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
