JOB DESCRIPTION OF GRAPHIC DESIGNER Impact Advertising is Sharjah based Below The Line Advertising Agency, offering premium services to clients, starting from idea generation to physical execution. We deliver high Brand equity for products partnered along with the 'Impact' name tag. Our work encompasses dedication, professionalism, and high process-driven design strategy. We are looking for a highly organized , smart, flexible, proactive and enthusiastic person as a Graphic Designer, with a fresh outlook to join our company. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
• Development of concepts, graphics, and layouts for products, illustrations, company logos and websites, brochures, presentations, equipment design for partners, advertising.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to achieve goals, prepare projects for review, and make corrections based on feedback received.
• Ensure that the final graphics and layouts look attractive and consistent with the brand.
• Well aware of maintaining the machines and printers in the Graphic Design Department.

Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum three to five years' experience in Graphics Designing in advertising industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines, good time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• graphic designer: 2 years (Preferred)
