Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
See projects through from conception to completion
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience (Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus)
Have an experience in Real Estate Industry
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Experience in using a combination of data and creative judgement to inform planning and tactical decision making
Strong project management and delivering execution excellence
