Position Title: Graphic Designer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading holiday home agencies in Dubai specializing in short-term stays : \xe2\x80\xa2 Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other marketing materials to promote properties and real estate services \xe2\x80\xa2 Design digital assets for online advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Design presentations and visual aids showcasing properties to prospective buyers or renters \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and enhance the brand identity by designing consistent and compelling branding elements, including logos, color schemes, and visual guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that property features, layouts, and benefits are effectively communicated through the design

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 38 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of experience in the similar role \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in creating designs for real estate properties, listings, or related industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and presentation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate joiners will be prioritized How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
