Role Description

The Remote Graphic Designer will work closely with Eleva's creative, marketing, and content teams to design engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns, branding materials, presentations, and more. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategic direction into high-impact design.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, pitch decks, marketing collateral, and campaigns Design layouts, templates, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines Support branding and rebranding initiatives with logo design, typography, and visual identity assets Collaborate with internal teams (and occasionally clients) to conceptualize and execute design briefs Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs Meet project deadlines while managing multiple tasks remotely Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus) Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for digital and UI design Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Experience designing for both print and digital platforms Ability to take feedback constructively and improve accordingly Basic animation or motion graphics knowledge is a plus Excellent time management and remote communication skills

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is a plus) Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred Reliable internet connection and availability during UAE working hours (or with minimal overlap)
