Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective designs and videos for digital and print platforms. This role requires creativity, technical skill, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and video content that supports the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and presentations. Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communication. Design and update company branding materials including logos, templates, and promotional items. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop consistent visuals and video content across all channels. Prepare and optimize graphics and videos for digital platforms, print production, and web use. Maintain an organized library of design and video assets, templates, and brand guidelines. Stay up to date with design and video editing trends, tools, and techniques. Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work within deadlines. Ensure all designs and videos meet the company's brand identity and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and motion design. Experience in producing short-form and long-form video content for social media or marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to take constructive feedback and adjust creative output as needed.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing design standards. Basic photography or photo editing skills.
