Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop original packaging concepts for a wide range of products, from initial sketches to final print-ready files. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure packaging designs are competitive and innovative. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met. Create mock-ups, prototypes, and visual presentations for internal reviews and Management approvals. Work closely with printers, manufacturers, and suppliers to oversee the production process and ensure design integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio focused on packaging. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D rendering tools (e.g., Dimension, Cinema 4D) is a plus. Solid understanding of print processes, materials, and packaging mechanics. Strong eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to take creative direction and translate brand values into compelling packaging solutions. Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for packaging labeling.
